  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests in the gaming area.
  • Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and guide them through the gaming process.
  • Monitor gaming machines and equipment for proper functioning and report issues.
  • Promote various games and tournaments to enhance guest participation.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level (0–2 years).
  • Skills and Competencies: Knowledgeable in KYC principles.
