• Create, maintain, and submit retail sales, inventory, and team performance reports
• Track SOP deployment and execution status across all stores
• Coordinate with IT and Sales Admin to log, escalate, and resolve operational issues
• Assist in documentation, rollout, and adoption of new store tools/processes
• Support training rollouts with monitoring sheets, follow-ups, and reporting
• Perform basic analysis on retail trends to guide decision-making

Experience: 2–3 years in operations, analytics, sales admin, or process support (retail industry preferred)

Skills: Excellent in spreadsheets, organized with timelines, able to explain data clearly

• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, report formatting, and dashboards; knowledge of POS or CRM systems is a plus
