- Assist with daily departmental operations to ensure the sales area is clean and organized.
- Continuously restock products to ensure a sufficient supply of fresh items.
- Arrange shelves according to the company’s merchandising standards to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Provide high-quality customer service, understand customer needs, and offer appropriate product recommendations.
- Address customer complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the sales area to support smooth daily store operations.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors or the Outlet Supervisor.
- 协助部门日常营运工作, 确保销售区域整洁有序。
- 持续进行商品补货,确保新鲜商品供应充足。
- 按照公司商品陈列标准布置货架, 提升顾客购物体验。
- 提供优质客户服务, 了解顾客需求并给予适当产品推荐。
- 及时处理顾客投诉, 确保顾客满意度达标。
- 维护销售区域的清洁与整齐, 保证门店日常营运顺畅。
- 执行上级或主管交办的其他相关任务。
