Job Description
- Assist in daily restaurant operations and staff management.
- Learn to maintain inventory levels and manage food costs.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve complaints.
- Participate in staff training and development programs.
- Gain knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Aid in marketing strategies and promotions.
- Help with financial reporting and budgeting.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 1 to 3 years of experience in a restaurant environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong teamwork, operations management, and computer literacy.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in daily operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, may require evening and weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
