• Supervise daily opening/closing and overall restaurant operations
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with standards
• Manage inventory, sales reports, and cash handling
• Drive sales strategies, promotions, and customer retention
• Lead, train, and motivate staff while maintaining high service standards
• Prepare schedules, monitor attendance, and conduct performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health protocols, and company policies
