Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring exceptional service and product quality
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to meet performance and customer service standards
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage vendor relationships
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Manage scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll for staff
• Ensure the shop meets sales goals and drives profitability
• Implement marketing strategies and promotions in collaboration with ownership/marketing team

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant or café management (coffee shop experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for customer service and the hospitality industry
• Basic knowledge of budgeting and POS systems
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Food Safety Certification
