Job description:

Position Summary

The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the full operations of Lucky Cup Coffee Café at the Cheras outlet. This role ensures smooth daily operations, outstanding customer experience, team supervision, adherence to brand standards, and achievement of sales and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities1. Outlet Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day café operations including opening, closing, and shift management.
  • Ensure efficient workflow across bar, service, and cashiering stations.
  • Maintain outlet cleanliness, ambience, and equipment functionality.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and SOP standards.

2. People Management

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate outlet staff.
  • Prepare weekly duty rosters and manage staff attendance.
  • Conduct staff coaching, on-job training, and performance evaluations.
  • Handle staff discipline, conflict resolution, and ensure a positive working environment.

3. Customer Service Excellence

  • Ensure excellent customer experience aligned with Lucky Cup service standards.
  • Handle customer feedback, concerns, or service issues professionally.
  • Promote customer engagement and maintain positive public relations.

4. Inventory & Stock Control

  • Manage inventory, stock ordering, and stock rotation.
  • Prevent wastage through accurate monitoring of raw materials.
  • Conduct monthly stock take and submit reports to HQ.

5. Sales Performance & Reporting

  • Drive sales performance and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
  • Analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and operational gaps.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports, cash reconciliation, and operational updates.

6. Compliance & SOP Adherence

  • Ensure adherence to Lucky Cup operating procedures and brand standards.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements (food handling, licensing, safety).
  • Implement internal audits and corrective actions.

7. Training & Development

  • Train new hires and cross-train staff on beverage preparation, customer service, and store SOP.
  • Promote staff development and identify potential leaders for team progression.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in F&B, café, or retail environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Customer-oriented with a passion for coffee and service excellence.
  • Good knowledge of café operations, cash handling, and inventory control.
