The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional dining experiences, and maintaining high standards of service excellence. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to drive sales and profitability while upholding RCGI’s core values of professionalism, integrity, and genuine hospitality.
• Lead and manage restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
• Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and addressing concernspromptly.
• Supervise and train staff, ensuring continuous development and adherence to service protocols.
• Monitor sales performance, implement strategies to increase revenue, and manage cost control measures.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities in alignment with RCGI’s brandidentity.
• Manage scheduling and labor costs to optimize efficiency without compromising service quality.
• Conduct regular team meetings to align staff with company goals and service standards.
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, discipline, and motivation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, sales strategies, and cost management.
• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Age requirement: 26-40 years old.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
• Capacity to lift and carry moderate weights as required in a restaurant setting.
• Can start Immediately.
