Oversees all day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure a smooth and profitable business. This includes managing staff, ensuring excellent customers service, maintaining food quality, and achieving financial goals. The RM is responsible for creating a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and driving the overall success of the restaurant.
A. Operations Management:
1.) Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure standards of quality service, and cleanliness are met.
2.) Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain proper stock levels.
3.) Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and occupational health standards.
4.) Handle restaurant opening and closing procedures.
B. Financial Management:
1.) Develop and manage budgets, sales goals and profitability targets.
2.) Analyze financial reports and take corrective actions as needed.
3.) Control costs through effectiveness labor and inventory management
C. Team Leadership
1.) Hire, train, supervise and motivate restaurant staff, including servers, cooks and support staff.
2.) Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
3.) Schedule staff shifts and and ensures proper coverage during peak hours.
D. Customer Service
1.) Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
2.) Train staff in delivering consistent, high quality customer service.
3.) Promote a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere.
E. Marketing & Community Engagement
1.) Assists in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales.
2.) Build relationships with local community and seek opportunities to enhance the restaurants reputations
F. Other task that may be assigned from time to time.
1.) With at least 3-years proven experience as a Manager/Supervisor in a fast casual or fast-food restaurant.
2.) Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and health regulations.
3.) Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
4.) Solid financial and budgeting knowledge.
5.) Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
6.) Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
7.) Proficiency with restaurant POS systems and inventory management tools.
8.) Trustworthy and with high values of integrity. No bad record and integrity issues.
9.) Interested applicants to be assign in our new resto located at Brgy. Lolomboy Bocaue Bulacan (In front of Bocaue Specialist Medical Center, Beside LTO Bocaue).
10.) 1 to 2 weeks training and exposure here at CHRISTINE'S RESTAURANT located in Malolos Bulacan (Beside STI College Malolos).
