Patient Care Responsibilities

• Checking Vital Signs: Monitor patients' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and heart rate.
• Assisting in Examinations: Support physicians during patient examinations and procedures.
• Carrying Out Doctor’s Orders: Implement treatment plans as prescribed by physicians.
• Creating Personalized Care Plans: Develop individualized regenerative care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Educating Patients: Provide information about illnesses, treatments, and preventive care to patients and their families.

Treatment Administration

• Administering Medications: Prepare and give oral and parenteral medications as per physician's orders.
• Inserting IV Lines: Establish intravenous access for medication administration.
• Monitoring Therapy: Perform, assist, and monitor patients during their therapies.
• Explaining Procedures: Clearly communicate the benefits, indications, and contraindications of therapies or procedures to clients.

Coordination and Collaboration

• Coordinating Care: Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitoring Laboratory Results: Keep track of laboratory results and imaging for upcoming transplantations.
• Documentation and Compliance
• Charting Patient Care: Complete nursing care notes and maintain accurate patient records.
• Securing Consents: Obtain informed consent and waiver forms from clients prior to procedures.
• Maintaining Safety Standards: Ensure patient safety during recovery periods through vigilant monitoring.

Equipment and Facility Management

• Operating Medical Equipment: Use various medical devices necessary for patient care.
• Sterilizing Instruments: Maintain hygiene by sterilizing medical instruments and ensuring a clean treatment environment.
• Refilling Consumables: Keep treatment areas stocked with necessary supplies.

Training and Leadership

• Training Staff: Educate and train nursing staff on best practices and procedures. 
• Leading Nursing Endorsements: Take charge of daily tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and ensure effective communication among team members.

Surgical Assistance

• Scrub Nurse Duties: Assist Attending physician during transplantation by maintaining a sterile environment.
• Circulating Nurse Duties: Manage the overall environment in the transplantation room, ensuring all necessary supplies are available.

Administrative Tasks

• Accomplishing Charge Slips: Complete billing documentation for services rendered.
• Logging Completed Therapies: Document therapies in logbooks, including complication sheets

• Licensed Nurse (PRC)
• Current member of Philippine Nurses Association (PNA)
• With good communication skills
• Able to adhere to codes of confidentiality
• Proficient in computer applications
• Recent training certificates (if there’s any)
• Recommendation letters from previous superiors (for Nurses with experience).
