Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and basic medical treatment for work-related injuries and illnesses.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate with external medical facilities when necessary.
• Maintain and update medical records, incident reports, and health logs.
• Monitor employees’ health conditions, including pre-employment, annual, and return-to-work medical clearances.
• Assist in implementing occupational health and safety programs.
• Conduct health education sessions (e.g., hygiene, heat stress, fatigue management).
• Inspect and maintain first aid kits, medicines, and medical equipment at construction sites.
• Support drug testing, medical examinations, and wellness initiatives as required.
• Coordinate with HR, Safety Officers, and Site Managers regarding health-related concerns.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE, OSH standards, and company safety policies.
• Assist during audits, safety drills, and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
• With training or certification in Occupational Health Nursing (advantage).
• Experience in construction, industrial, or manufacturing settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in field/site-based environments.
• Amenable to work in Las Pinas or Caloocan
