Position: Regional Lead – Visayas (Cebu)

The Regional Lead for Visayas will be responsible for overseeing and managing the region’s operations, ensuring smooth coordination between field activities and administrative tasks. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Regional Lead will also work closely with partner agencies, support teams on the ground, and ensure that regional objectives and performance targets are met.

Qualifications:

• At least college level
• With supervisor/managerial experience or equivalent
• Experience in agency coordination is an advantage
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic environment
• Willing to handle both fieldwork and administrative tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Workspace (Gsuite)
• Owning a motorcycle is a plus
