Pay: Base Salary up to ₱50,000.00 per month

Commission: 5–10% of client billing per successful hire

Work Arrangement: Onsite – BGC, Taguig | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

As a Talent Solutions Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in connecting businesses with the right talent and helping clients achieve their hiring goals through our headhunting and talent solutions services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential client companies to understand their hiring needs.
  • Recommend Bossjob’s headhunting and talent solutions services to new and existing clients.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and closing candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong local talent pool across key industries such as BPO, Tech, and Sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality client delivery and successful placements.
  • Contribute to refining recruitment processes and SOPs as the business scales.


What we expect from you:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, headhunting, or executive search.
  • Background in client communication, account handling, or candidate management.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment tools (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Workday, Sprout) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of local hiring platforms such as Linked In, Indeed, and Bossjob is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced setup.
  • Experience in BPO, Tech, or Sales recruitment is a plus.
  • Experience working in a startup environment or fast-growing company.
