Location: BGC, Taguig

Contract: 1 year

Work setup: Hybrid (3x a week onsite), Day shift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Salary range: 30k - 35k

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and social platforms
• Conduct initial phone or virtual screenings
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and ensure SLA compliance

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience (RPO, BPO, or agency experience preferred)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work onsite three times per week
• Amenable to a day shift schedule (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
