Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated Freelance Recruiter to join our global recruitment network. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and providing strong candidate profiles for various job openings with our clients. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will work remotely and collaborate with a dynamic team to ensure that only the best candidates are recommended to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Identify and source high-quality candidates globally for open roles, ensuring they meet the specific criteria set by the client
• Screening and Profiling: Conduct preliminary screenings and assessments of candidates to ensure they match the job requirements
• Endorsement: Provide the client with well-validated profiles of candidates who fit their needs, ensuring high-quality submissions
• Candidate Engagement: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide updates and feedback
• Compliance with Training: Complete the compulsory training before starting

Job Requirements

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter or talent sourcer; experience in recruiting for a variety of industries is preferred
• Ability to source candidates globally
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Willingness to complete the compulsory training provided by Recruitify_HR
• Highly self-motivated with a drive to meet targets and goals independently
