• Base Salary: $500 USD per month
• Commission: $1,000 USD for every successful candidate placement

About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Virtual Recruitment Specialist to support our growing recruitment operations. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who is driven, professional, ethical, and motivated by results.

You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating placements. If you are resourceful, persistent, and thrive in a performance-based environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews
• Evaluate candidates for skills, professionalism, communication, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interview schedules and support the hiring process
• Maintain accurate records and recruitment documentation
• Meet or exceed placement goals while maintaining ethical recruiting standards
• Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Highly professional in speech, conduct, and presentation
• Strong ethical standards, honesty, and integrity
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Efficient with time management and able to handle multiple roles simultaneously
• Resourceful, proactive, and persistent in sourcing candidates
• Fast learner and strong problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented
