Job Summary

The Recruitment Officer is responsible for identifying, attracting, and

hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization’s staffing needs. The role

involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with hiring

managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while maintaining

compliance with company policies and employment laws.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce needs
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessments
  • Schedule and participate in interviews with candidates and hiring teams
  • Conduct background checks and reference checks as required
  • Prepare offer letters and support contract negotiations
  • Coordinate trade tests, technical assessments, and medical checks where required
  • Support mobilization and onboarding of site personnel in line with project timelines
  • Maintain accurate manpower records, contracts, and compliance documentation
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies
  • Support recruitment of subcontractors and temporary labor when required
  • Promote employer branding and represent the organization at job fairs and recruitment events
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including documentation, reporting, and coordination to support HR and Operation Department.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer, Recruiter, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Strong understanding of construction roles, site operations, and project-based hiring
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
