Description

  • Assist in sourcing qualified candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews or phone screenings
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking and recruitment reports
  • Draft job ads and ensure postings are updated across platforms
  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation as needed
  • Help organize recruitment events, job fairs, and internal referrals
  • Maintain candidate database and ensure confidentiality of applicant information
  • Perform other recruitment and admin-related tasks as assigned by the HR Lead

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related course

Work Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Internship or project experience in recruitment is a plus


Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable in doing interviews (phone, online, or in-person)
  • Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced HR environment
  • Professional, trustworthy, and people-focused
