- Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates in Spanish and English
- Building long-term relationships with candidates
- Reviewing and understanding job requirements for various roles
- Verifying applicant qualifications and matching them to position requirements
- Utilizing social media and online tools for candidate sourcing
- Maintaining an organized candidate database
- Preparing and submitting daily recruiting reports to the team manager
- Participating in client and team conference calls
- Graduate in any discipline
- 6 months to 2 years of customer service experience
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and internet/social media for sourcing
- Knowledge in basic recruitment and sourcing techniques is a plus
- Strong negotiation and selling skills
- Good analytical and organizational skills
