Description

  • Assist the Region Operations Manager in day-to-day operations tasks for projects
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate channels
  • Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media networking, referrals, etc.
  • Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications before filtering to the relevant project within schedule
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and attitudes
  • Onboard new employees to ensure they become fully integrated
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships
  • Maintain and input active recruitment database
  • Be analytical and ensure recruitment reports are submitted accurately and on time
  • Assist in operational quality surveys, ad-hoc project checking, and providing feedback on any recruitment/project issues


Requirements

  • At least a diploma in any field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in retail, merchandising, FMCG, or a related field (advantageous for this position)
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage
  • Proactive in resolving issues, able to think out of the box, with a positive working attitude, ability to work independently, strong sense of urgency, results-oriented, and resourceful
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate and technologically savvy
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel
