Responsibilities of a Recruiter

• Source and attract qualified candidates daily to meet the manpower requirements of assigned clients.
• Screen and evaluate applicants through interviews, assessments, and background checks to ensure alignment with job specifications.
• Maintain a steady candidate pipeline by using various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles.
• Schedule and endorse qualified applicants for interviews with clients or internal hiring teams promptly.
• Monitor and follow up on candidate progress from initial application to hiring.
• Ensure recruitment targets and timelines are met on a daily and weekly basis.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of candidate databases and recruitment activities.
• Represent the company professionally in all recruitment-related communications and activities.
• Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover of new hires.
