- Conduct talent searches to identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract diverse talent.
- Maintain recruitment databases and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with HR to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Excellent Communication Skills, Written and Verbal Communication.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with potential remote work opportunities.
