- Talent Sourcing: Post jobs on various platforms, network on social media, attend job fairs, and build talent pipelines.

- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Work with managers to define role requirements and provide recruitment updates.
- Process Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from application to offer, ensuring compliance and a positive candidate journey.
- Reporting: Track key hiring metrics like time-to-hire and source of hire, and analyze data to improve recruitment strategies.
