Responsibilities

• Source candidates — find people through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, etc.
• Review resumes & applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings/interviews (phone, video, or in-person).
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Help with onboarding new hires (paperwork, orientation).
• Maintain recruitment records and reports.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Willingness to learn recruitment processes such as sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Google Docs)
• Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, job portals) for candidate sourcing
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Professional attitude with good interpersonal skills
• Willing to undergo training and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
