Work closely with managers to understand their staffing needs, including required skills, experience, and the number of positions to be filled.
Create clear and accurate job descriptions that attract qualified candidates and accurately reflect the requirements of the role.
Coordinating with agencies on screening and scheduling the interviews of the qualified applicants.
Processing store intros of the qualified applicants
