Position Title: Insurance Recruitment Officer

Location: Makati

Schedule: Dayshift

Salary: 35k

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in agent recruitment for general insurance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with agents.
• Must have a valid driver's license and is able to drive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement strategies to attract potential agents, including advertising, networking, and referrals, while identifying key talent pools.
• Review applications, conduct interviews, and perform assessments to evaluate candidates' knowledge, skills, and alignment with organizational values.
• Facilitate the onboarding process, coordinating orientation and providing the necessary training, resources, and support for agent success.
