• Assist with initial screening by reviewing resumes and conducting phone screens to gauge candidate suitability.
• Act as a point of contact for candidates, answering their questions, providing information, and keeping them updated on their application status.
• Maintain candidate databases, process paperwork, and ensure candidate information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Handle general administrative duties like managing schedules, answering phones, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
• Conduct background checks.

Requirements

• College graduate of Human Resource or Psychology or any related course
• With at least 1 year experience
