Description
- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Sources candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Builds and maintains a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Reviews resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conducts initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedules and coordinates interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinates and facilitates pre-employment assessments or tests as required.
- Manages offer letters, salary negotiations and onboarding paperwork for selected candidates.
