Description

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels.
  • Source Niche Profile and has experience in Volume Hiring 
  • Know how to conduct Head Hunting
  • Can do Active hiring and Passive hiring
  • Job Portals Utilization (Jobstreet, LinkedIn etc.) 
  •  Know how to use LinkedIn Recruiter 
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Maintain candidate records and manage applicant tracking systems.
  • Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in recruitment software. Know how to conduct Head Hunting. Familiar in STAR Method
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, Head Hunting Niche profile, screen candidates, and conduct interviews.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based with potential hybrid set up; may require overtime in peak hiring periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure; strong organizational skills.
