What You Will Do

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities (screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
• Conduct initial resume screening and basic phone interviews
• Coordinate interview arrangements with key account managers
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Support recruitment projects and hiring campaigns

What you will bring 

• Minimum SPM / Diploma (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Bachelor’s Degrees in Human Resources, Information Technology, Psychology, Engineering or related field will be an added advantage
• Interest in recruitment and HR field
• Good communication skills (spoken and written)
• Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, email)
• Must possess own transport and be able to travel within Klang Valley.
