The opportunity
We're looking for a Recruitment Specialist with background in volume hiring. This role is for a fix term 6-month or 1 year contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform end to end recruitment activities and develop hiring strategies for volume hiring
Calibrate with Hiring Managers and Stakeholders to understand hiring profiles and regularly ensures team is aligned
Proactively source candidates using different sourcing channels and techniques
Oversee and coordinate recruitment activities across various stages of assessment that will promote a consistent positive applicant experience
Building and maintaining hiring manager or stakeholder relationships
Effectively manage the accuracy of all recruitment related database and MIS systems
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in any field is required with more than 3 years of combined relevant experience in Talent Acquisition managing volume hiring
Knowledge in various hiring profiles and segments for volume recruiting, technical, IT/Technology, retail, finance, and accounting etc.
Must have solid background in various hiring and assessment methodologies and experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment preferably in a BPO/Shared Services environment. Knowledge in criteria-based interviewing is a definite advantage
Applicants must be amenable to work onsite in our Clark, Pampanga site observing mid shift schedule
