Description

The Partnership Distribution Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the smooth end to end recruitment process. From sourcing, hiring, onboarding and deployment. He/ She will be working with different bancassurance channels to fulfill all manpower requirements.


Recruitment- Sourcing & Hiring


1. Involve in selection, interview, compensation package development and onboarding for BSEs

2. Work with channel management and training teams to establish and manage bancassurance development framework

3. Handle client and account management per assigned channel

4. Coordinate and align with the hiring managers to ensure hiring targets are being met

5. Place employment advertisement, track job requisitions, prepare initial screening and perform selection interviews

6. Responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing to offering and onboarding candidates under assigned channel

7. Maintain accurate records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process

8. Source, Interview, extend job offers, facilitate real-life talk, career/ job fairs, recruitment roadshows, if needed

9. Act as PIC of assigned channel/ area of hiring


Onboarding


1. Responsible for the completion of Pre-Employment Requirements prior Onboarding

2. Responsible for the completion of Workday Hiring Movement Prior Onboarding

3. Closely monitor Workday profile completion of New Hires

4. Book flight and hotel reservations prior Day 1

5. Coordinate with the HR regarding Payroll, Benefits, and other onboarding related concerns

6. Ensure all New Hires are complete and cleared with the Background Check and other critical requirements prior Deployment

7. Act as POC of onboarding


Deployment



1. Coordinate and align with the hiring managers to ensure deployment targets are being met

2. Forecast future deployment needs and coordinate with the Recruitment Head directly (weekly and monthly)

3. Oversee deployment operations and closely monitor fallouts and resignations during training and prior deployment & all internal process movement and monitoring

4. Provide and create timely reports for deployment

5. Act as POC of deployment
