Qualifications

• Minimum 1.5 years of BPO or Contact Center recruitment experience
• (Agency or high-volume recruitment background is highly preferred)
• Proven success in bulk or ramp hiring environments
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search techniques
• Solid understanding of BPO roles, hiring metrics, and English proficiency levels 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Willing and able to start immediately
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for high-volume BPO and Contact Center roles
• Actively source, screen, and endorse job-ready candidates across multiple accounts
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet fast turnaround hiring needs
• Conduct client-aligned screenings and validate candidate details
• Work closely with client HR and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely hiring
• Track candidates from endorsement to onboarding with accurate updates
• Deliver 20–25 quality endorsements weekly, based on hiring demand
