• Manages full-cycle recruitment for BPO, technical, and non-technical positions across all levels, from entry-level to managerial roles.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Support client and account management activities to ensure recruitment requirements, timelines, and expectations are met.
• Presents and endorses qualified candidates to clients while ensuring alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in handling full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing for hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Experienced in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
