Description
- Source and attract candidates through various channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Assist in developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Maintain candidate databases and provide regular updates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Sales or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition or sales.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, excellent communication skills, talent acquisition strategies, people management, and leadership development.
- Working Conditions: Work from home with occasional office meetings
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership abilities, adaptability, and a proactive attitude toward sourcing talent.
