The Dental Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting patients in person and over the phone.
• Scheduling and managing patient appointments efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and updating personal and insurance information.
• Handling billing, payments, and insurance claims.
• Coordinating with dental staff to support smooth clinic operations.
• Responding to patient inquiries and providing information about treatments and services.
• Ensuring the reception area is organized and professional.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with dental software is preferred.
• Professional and friendly demeanor.
• Any previous experience is an added advantage
• Ability to converse in Mandarin is also an added advantage
• 5 days work a week
• Must work on weekends
