  • Handle clinic front desk operations and appointments
  • Respond to online inquiries and direct messages
  • Maintain clinic’s online presence by coordinating with the marketing team
  • Ensure excellent customer experience on-site and online


  • Salary Range: PHP 25,000 – PHP 30,000/month

Requirements

  • With at least 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role
  • With basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
  • With pleasing personality, good grooming, and excellent communication skills
