  • Manage phone calls, directing inquiries as needed.

  • Provide basic information about the organization and services.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills; proficiency in MS Office.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with regular hours; occasional overtime may be required.
