Job Description
- The Receptionist is responsible for performing general duties, such as receiving and directing visitors and applicants, and answering telephone calls.
- Additionally, the position assists the Admin Department in implementing and administering various administrative policies and programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HRM, Tourism, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Front Office Staff or Administrative Assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365).
- Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Customer service or hospitality background is a plus.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
