Description

As the first point of contact, the Luxury Lounge Receptionist ensures every guest is warmly welcomed and provided with a high level of service. This role requires strong communication skills in Chinese and English, a polished personal presentation, and the ability to create a premium and comfortable environment for our guests.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy in records.
  • Communicate fluently in Chinese and English to assist guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Manage reservations, lounge access, and seating arrangements.
  • Provide information about lounge services, facilities, and promotions.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth guest experience.
  • Maintain the reception area in a clean and presentable condition at all times.
  • Uphold company service standards and represent the brand image professionally.
  • Send SMS or WhatsApp blast messages to VIP guests regarding promotions, events, and special services.

Requirements

Language: Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken & written).

Appearance: Well-groomed, professional, and presentable at all times.

Height: Minimum 160 cm.

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or similar role (luxury hotel/lounge preferred).

Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service quality.

Attitude: Warm, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
