Job Requirements:

• Open for Non Bachelors Degree.
• At least 1 year experience in Real estate Sales agent.
• Experience in working in a Real Estate is an advantage.
• Experience in communication, negotiation, and customer service.
• Amendable to report onsite once a week.
• Amendable to work as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities:

• Soliciting potential clients, building relationships, and understanding their needs and preferences for properties.
• Staying up-to-date on local market trends, property values, and legal regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
• Creating property listings, staging open houses, and utilizing online and offline marketing strategies to attract buyers.
• Accompanying clients to properties, showcasing features, and highlighting the benefits of potential homes or commercial spaces.
