- Conduct cost analysis and financial management of construction projects.
- Prepare tender documents and contracts.
- Monitor and report on project budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Assess project risks and provide cost-effective solutions.
- Negotiate contract terms and manage claims.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare financial reports.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-5 years of relevant experience in construction or project management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in cost estimation, quality management, and Revit software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare cost assessments, manage project budgets, and ensure quality standards.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with site visits as required; may involve outdoor exposure.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and teamwork ability.
