• Prepares a comprehensive and detailed registry of all documents received for a particular project and updates said registry during the Tendering Stage of a Project.
• Represents DDTKI in Pre-Bid and Clarificatory Meetings.
• Has the knowledge in identifying the specific requirements needed in the submission of a Commercial Bid Proposal.
• Coordinates with members of the project team in preparing the requirements of any bid submissions, technical or financial.
• Prepares Quantity Take off of Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEPFS Works Package.
• Possesses the ability to reconcile accomplished quantity takeoffs with other members of the project team to assure consistency and promote transparency.
• Possesses the capability and knowledge in analyzing the completeness of bid documents and compose specific and concise sentences in preparing correspondences when submitting bid queries to concerned parties.
• Represents DDTKI during reconciliation works for Negotiated Contracts.
• Prepares Bill of Quantities of materials, labor, equipment, and subcontract services based on bid document requirements.
• Possesses the ability in communicating and knowledge in identifying the specific materials needed based on Bid specifications when securing quotations from various suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepares a specific list of qualifications and exclusions based on bid requirements.
• Undertake unit costs analysis during costing based on specific scope of work.
• Supports and complies with the documentation and established process flows.
• Prepares all bid documents associated with a project for handover to Operations Group during handover.
• Provides assistance to Operations on contractual claims.
• Perform task that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering course with professional license.
• Academically excellent records.
• Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office applications.
