Description
- Assist in managing project budgets and cost control.
- Prepare and analyze tender documents and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure project compliance.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and gather information for reporting.
- Support the preparation of contractual claims and variations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in quantity surveying.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Salary is negotiable depend on experience
