Running cost estimates on various materials and maintaining internal budgets needed for a project.
Coordinating with Site Managers, Site Engineers, and other team members to ensure the project is on time and on budget.
Preparing and submitting budgeting reports
Outline the work needed for a project, including quantities, costs, and unit rates;
Track expenses and manage change orders to ensure projects stay within budget;
Ensure that clients get the value they expect for their investment
Analyzing projects drawings and specifications to extract quantities of materials, labor,
and other construction elements
Creating a comprehensive BOQ, detailing the quantities of each construction item
with corresponding unit costs.
Ensuring clarity and consistency in the BOQ to facilitate accurate tendering and cost comparisons.

Licensed Civil Engineer
At least 1-3 years of practical experience in construction
Excellent attention to detail and methodological approach to work
Use analytical thinking to solve problems
Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines
Strong mathematical and financial skills
Knowledgeable on construction methods and technologies
Ability to use your initiative
Knows MS Application & other cost estimate software
