Job description:

ENTRY REQUIREMENT: Graduate of any related Business Course or Medical Course, Preferably with 3 years experience

JOB COMPETENCIES: Preferably attended training/seminar on:

• ISO 9001:2015 Training Courses
• Data Privacy Act
• Customer Service Standard

WORK ACTIVITIES :

TECHNICAL:

• Ensuring that requirements for ISO 9001:2015 are built into the Quality Management System and are implemented.
• Attending clients’ documentation requirements.
• Creates and reviews Quality Management Systems Manual and Operation Manuals.
• Initiating changes and revisions on Quality Management Systems Manual.
• Leads Internal Quality Audits (IQA).
• Checking IQA findings and ensuring that necessary actions are taken in a timely manner.
• Coordinating Management Review.
• Creates Internal Quality Audit Report.
• Review and disseminate Quality Policy and Quality Objectives.
• Coordinating with the Certification Body on surveillance visits.
• Handling investigations and providing Corrective Action and Preventive Action on customer/client complaints.
• Oversees the effectiveness of the clinic's system and procedures.
• Sets meetings such as admin, supervisor and board meeting if necessary.
• Knowledgeable on Client’s Requirements, Clinic’s Accreditations and Affiliations
• Complies with statutory requirements

CLERICAL:

• Updates documents regularly
• Familiar with all types of documents and forms within the clinic
• Files documents with organization
• Able to do the following:

- Internal Stock Request

- Consumption Worksheet

- Equipment Maintenance Log

- Fixed Asset

- Preventive Maintenance

- Calibration
