Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Documented steps for all tasks, from food prep to cleaning, ensuring consistency.
Food Safety Systems: Implementing HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points) to identify and control risks, plus Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for a clean environment.
Employee Training: Educating staff on hygiene, cross-contamination, safe food handling, and service standards.
Supplier Management: Vetting vendors to ensure raw ingredients meet quality and safety benchmarks.
Monitoring & Auditing: Regular checks on food temps, cleanliness (ATP swabs), portion sizes, and service delivery.
Customer Feedback: Investigating complaints to find root causes and implement corrective actions.
Food Preparation: Chopping vegetables, cutting meat, mixing sauces, prepping ingredients.
Cooking: Frying, grilling, sautéing, or roasting dishes according to recipes and standards.
Plating: Assembling and plating meals as directed by the executive chef.
Station Management: Stocking supplies, monitoring inventory, and cleaning equipment and surfaces.
Hygiene & Safety: Adhering to health codes, sanitizing work areas, and proper food handling/storage.
With at least 6 months' work experience in F&B.
Must be customer-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Additional role-specific skills are an advantage (e.g., kitchen experience for Line Cook)
