About the Role

Guerilla 360 is hiring a QA Engineer to be part of our managed QA team for a leading healthcare engagement. You’ll be working closely with developers, test analysts, and product managers to ensure feature quality, system reliability, and compliance with defined testing standards. This is a full-time, dedicated role with exposure to structured QA delivery processes and long-term professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain test cases across functional, regression, and UAT phases
• Log detailed bugs and coordinate fixes with development teams
• Participate in sprint planning and QA readiness discussions
• Support UAT activities with client stakeholders
• Provide feedback on product usability and potential edge cases

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of QA experience in web or enterprise software applications
• Strong manual testing skills with good attention to detail
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities
• Plus: basic knowledge of API testing or test automation frameworks (Postman, Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
