1. Bachelor's degree or higher with practical experience in Web3, a curiosity for new technologies and industries, and the ability to proactively learn and adapt. Possess market analysis skills and be adept at identifying market trends;

2. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate fluently in English and Chinese; overseas study or work experience is preferred;

3. Strong resource integration abilities, capable of designing and executing efficient business development strategies and facilitating collaborations;
