We are looking for a Quality Control Line Inspector who will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet quality standards throughout the production process. The ideal candidate will monitor, inspect, and evaluate product quality, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular line inspection and monitoring of production processes to ensure product quality and safety.
• Perform sampling and testing in accordance with company standards and specifications.
• Document inspection findings and report any deviations or non-conformances to the QA Supervisor.
• Assist in Root-Cause Analysis (RCA) and participate in continuous improvement initiatives under Six Sigma methodologies.
• Coordinate with production and QA teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate inspection and testing records for traceability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or other food-related courses.
• Environmental Science graduates may also be considered if experienced in Quality Assurance.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Manufacturing (preferably in a food-related industry).
• Knowledgeable in Root-Cause Analysis and Six Sigma principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
